Do you repair hearing aids?
Yes. We also can clean and electronically check your hearing aids to ensure that they are working appropriately for your hearing loss.

What types of hearing aids do you sell?
We work with a large group of diverse manufacturers to provide you with the technology that is most appropriate for your listening needs. Styles range in size from the cosmetically invisible completely-in-the-canal model to the behind-the-ear and body aid units. We fit everything from the latest digital programmable circuitry to the more modestly priced basic technology. Difficult or unusual fittings are our specialty.

What products do you offer besides hearing aids?
We make custom-fit ear pieces for a variety of uses, such as swim plugs, noise plugs, musician's plugs, and communications earmolds. We have hearing aid accessories such as Dri-Aid kits, telephone listening pads, anti-itch drops, earmold cleaners, battery testers, and, of course hearing aid batteries at the lowest prices around. We also offer a complete line of Assistive Listening Devices such as Pocketalkers, TV Listeners, amplified telephones and alarms, and other specialty items.

What services do I receive when I purchase a new hearing aid?
You receive custom ear impressions, initial supply of batteries ("Batteries for Life" Program available for an additional fee and all digital aids sold with FREE Lifetime supply of batteries), key chain battery tester, instruction literature, cleaning tools, storage case, 6-week Adjustment Period (refunds provided if the aid is returned), standard 2-year warranty on workmanship. Additional warranties up to 5 years available on most models for an additional fee), standard 1-year insurance policy against loss or damage (additional warranties up to 5 years available), all follow-up visits including quarterly hearing aid performance checks, cleanings, retubing, adjustments, counseling, reinstruction, and annual retest of hearing.

Can you also see children?
