Jorge J. Rivera, MD is a Glaucoma Specialist, who joined the practice in April of 2006. Dr. Riveira graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Internship at the Yale University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed an Ophthalmology Residency at New England Eye Center/Tufts University School of Medicine and he completed his Glaucoma Fellowship at New England Eye Center/Tufts University School of Medicine and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston.

From 2003 to 2006, Dr. Riveira performed Cataract and Glaucoma Surgery at the largest multi-specialty private practice in San Antonio, Texas. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Academy of Cataract & Refractive Surgery, and American Medical Association. Jorge resides in Berkley with his wife Silvana and two children. He practices in our Dartmouth, Taunton, and Middletown offices.
