Dr. Santos graduated from Providence College and The New England College of Optometry.  Dr. Santos has been with Eye Health Vision Centers since 1997 and specializes in eye exams and post surgery exams.

He practices in our Dartmouth Office. 

He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Rhode Island Optometric Association.
